          Assistant VP of Talent Management

         The chapter is seeking two (2) volunteers to support the management of the Volunteer recruitment and engagement process, aligning volunteer

         interests with chapter needs.

         Key Activities:

        Work closely with the VP, Talent Management to carry out the following duties as assigned:

       Volunteer Identification: Through Board Members and SIG Chairs, promotional events and through responses to VPs and Membership’s emails/other media.

       Volunteer Fair at Chapter Monthly Events: Have a table “station” at chapter events to answer questions and engage members in conversations about volunteering. 

       Display a list of open volunteer opportunities as well as volunteer recruitment forms.

       Volunteer Interviews: Establishing contact with potential volunteers to identify goals, interests, skills and experiences and aligning them with Chapter needs.

       Volunteer Recognition: Identify and coordinate volunteer recognition activities including organizing the logistics.

        Skills Required:

       ·      Enjoys meeting new people

       ·      Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

       ·      Excellent time management and follow-up skills

       Time Commitment:

       4-6 hours a month, including attending monthly chapter events.

        Assistant VP of Marketing - SIGs

        In this position, you will carry out the following duties as assigned:

        ·      Work with the VP of Marketing on strategy to market our special interest groups

       ·      Be responsible for specific social media marketing for the special interest groups

       ·      Liaise with the VP of the Special Interest Groups to promote their events

       ·      Leverage social media platforms: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn

        Skills required:

       ·       Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

       ·       Excellent time management and follow-up skills

       ·       Enjoys meeting new people

        Time Commitment:

    ·        4-6 hours per month
