ChatGPT and generative AI tools are the first wave of AI. Join us for an enlightening presentation tailored for professionals like you, seeking to elevate training outcomes with cutting-edge technologies.

Of course, we will delve into its limitations and dangers, and how you can ensure you safely get the most from your interactions. You will also find out ways AI can help make your training programs more engaging.


ATD NYC chapter has been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute to offer educational programs that can be used towards initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials. This event qualifies for a maximum of 1 point. 


    About Our Presenter

    John Hack | Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Interflexion



    A long-time performance management software innovator, John Hack holds a bachelor’s degree from MIT and a master’s from NYU. His early work in natural language processing, data visualization and real-time risk analysis led to delivering predictive and automated analysis of organizational performance for which he earned three patents. At SAP, he led the Performance Management Innovations team as they developed new ways to analyze individual performance, visualize an evolving workforce, and help people tackle new problems. He is currently the CTO and co-founder of Interflexion, leveraging AI to help aspiring professionals develop their conversational skills.
